The one of the main activity made during the transition of Mongolian state-planned economy to free market economy was property privatization. And the one of the many challenges facing to property privatization was the assessing of property with the reasonable prices. Therefore, the market is needed to prepare a new professional appraiser.
On December 05, 1995, the Government property privatization commission made a Resolution No. 35 to establish "Stock Assessment Center", and the company has founded based on this decision.
When the State Property Commission was established in 1996, the company has worked under the commission for one year and received the obligingness to act as independent role and now the company engaging its activity so far has been 16 years of continuous operation.
Our company has branches in almost all provinces and a total of 30 employees and some of our employees has involved in Economic Development Institute of the World Bank  and Mongolian Governments Privatization Commission joint trainings for 4 times, and repeated trainings held in St. Petersburg of Russia, Alma-Ata of Kazakhstan, Istanbul of Turkey  to prepare trained property appraiser and some of our employees are authorized civil engineers to assess business valuation, real estate, equipment and some of them are quantity surveyors and masterships specializing in construction and various of engineers and economists, and professional evaluators  specialized as lawyers.
The appraisers of the company are auditioned and selected in 1997, 1998, 2002, 2008,   2009 and 2010 years and obtained the certificate of investment evaluation.

The company property assessment valuation method is used in all types of property assessments and there is not any mistakes revealed during these years.
